The goal of POST is to have an in-person meeting for every state, county and municipality. Currently, we have in-person groups in the Charlotte metropolitan area.  If you are interested in attending or facilitating a POST group in-person or virtually, please connect with us.  If you would like to add a meeting to our calendar, please include us on your meeting invite.

What can you expect at a meeting? First responders meet in-person and online.  Participants discuss past and present issues, concerns and events that are impacting their well-being.  Sometimes everyone shares and sometimes one person shares, and we all listen. All conversations are confidential.
